The kitchen is headed by Executive Chef/Owner, Marc Swierkowski, formerly of the Crane Brook Restaurant & Tea Room in So. Carver, Ma. His passion for food began at an early age when he would help his mother prepare traditional dishes from her homeland, Poland. Chef Marc studied at the elite Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York where he perfected his culinary talents. Amongst many of his accomplishments, Marc has worked for the esteemed chef Michael Mina in San Fransisco at restaurant Aqua and trained directly with Master Chef Urgen Koch in Weikersheim, Germany.
Established in March, 2008, Ella's Wood Burning Oven Restaurant is a 60
seat unique, casual dining restaurant.We feature a wide variety of rustic
European inspired dishes. Our warm dining rooms, filled with fresh
flowers, soft music & candlelight, provide our guests with a sense of
